Overview

The University of Mount Olive is seeking an Enrollment Information CRM Administrator to enhance the use of the Slate CRM system for achieving enrollment, student success, and retention goals. The role involves collaborating with various institutional stakeholders to manage system configurations, ensure data integrity, and provide user training while aligning system capabilities with institutional objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead Slate CRM administration and collaborate with institutional stakeholders
  • Build and maintain system configurations, integrations, communications, forms, queries, and reports
  • Analyze business problems and implement solutions for user needs
  • Manage user access and permissions within the CRM system
  • Assist users, resolve technical issues, and provide training on system use
  • Monitor and ensure data accuracy and compliance with institutional policies
  • Report information for local, state, and federal requirements
  • Plan and coordinate CRM activities with other offices and vendors
  • Create and deliver user training and develop assessments
  • Document system configurations and support processes
  • Act as a liaison between partnership agencies and the institution
  • Participate in departmental meetings and long-range planning

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree preferred
  • Three years' experience with Slate CRM
  • Three years of professional experience in higher education
  • Technical support and training expertise
  • Data analysis and system integration skills
  • Project management and stakeholder collaboration
