Overview

The Administrative Director of Integrated Care Delivery at CoxHealth is responsible for the operational coordination and execution of integrated care workflows across the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Integrated Care Delivery, this role ensures effective collaboration across various care settings and operational leaders to maintain reliable care processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support operational coordination across service lines and care settings
  • Reinforce standardized integration workflows and coordination processes
  • Identify and escalate fragmentation impacting integrated care delivery
  • Partner with service line operational leaders to improve coordination reliability
  • Operationalize enterprise integration frameworks established by the VP ICD
  • Facilitate operational consistency across care transitions and shared workflows
