Overview

The Administrative Clerk II at AFSPA is responsible for front desk and mail processing duties, operating a multi-line telephone system, and providing assistance to various departments. This role involves greeting visitors, directing calls, and managing both incoming and outgoing mail while ensuring a professional and friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer a multiple-line phone system and manage calls effectively
  • Greet visitors and vendors courteously and direct them to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Process and distribute mail and packages to the correct recipients
  • Prepare reports related to mail tracking and deliveries
  • Assist various departments with special projects as needed
  • Work during all Association business hours and be flexible with scheduling
