Overview

Jones Lake Management is seeking a full-time Administrative Biologist for their Fon Dulac, WI office. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Wisconsin Lake and Pond Resource management team, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform excellent customer service in person and via telephone
  • Assist the Wisconsin Lake and Pond Resource management team with material tasks
  • Manage inventory and conduct spot checks for accuracy
  • Coordinate credit card receipts and submissions
  • Assist the branch manager with customer follow-ups
  • Create and coordinate estimates for customers
  • Communicate estimates and inform clients about new equipment options

Required skills

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Biology, Water Resources, or Fisheries related course study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone and cold calling skills
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fluid and collaborative environment
