Overview

Jones Lake Management is seeking a full-time Administrative Biologist for their Appleton, WI office. This role involves providing excellent customer service while assisting with administrative tasks and inventory management within a company dedicated to lake and pond management.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in person and via telephone
  • Assist management with material issues and tasks
  • Manage inventory and conduct regular spot checks
  • Coordinate collection of credit card receipts
  • Assist branch manager with customer follow-ups
  • Create and coordinate estimates for clients
  • Communicate new equipment options to customers

Required skills

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Biology, Water Resources, or Fisheries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service, listening, and sales skills
  • Organizational skills and motivation to work in a team
