Overview

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Administrative & Executive SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to two Directors (Inbound and Outbound Transportation) and the VP of Supply Chain as requiredManage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and organizing agendasPrepare meeting materials, presentations, and summariesCoordinate travel arrangements and process expense reportsPresentation & CommunicationDevelop, format, and enhance high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetingsDraft, edit, and format reports, correspondence, and other business documentsEnsure clear and professional communication across internal and external stakeholdersFinancial & Reporting SupportAssist in the preparation and tracking of annual operating (OH/OPEX) budgetsSupport monthly forecasting and variance analysisMaintain accurate financial documentation and ensure proper cost codingCompile reports and dashboards to support decision-makingOperational & Coordination SupportManage purchase requests and follow up on procurement processesMaintain an organized filing system (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of informationHandle confidential information with discretionScreen and prioritize communications (email, phone) for leadershipCross-Functional SupportProvide administrative support to the broader supply chain team as neededCoordinate meeting logistics (room bookings, materials, equipment)Manage service desk requests, mail distribution, and general office coordinationTrack team availability (vacations, absences)Onboarding & Team SupportSupport onboarding of new employees (access requests, equipment coordination, onboarding materials)Act as a point of contact for administrative processes and team-related inquiriesParticipate in administrative team meetings to share best practices and improve processesYOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood communication skills in French and English, both oral and written; English is required because the person will have to read technical and regulatory documentation not available in French and communicate with international suppliers.Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and expense trackingAbility to work with financial data and identify/explain variancesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle confidential information with integrityStrong problem-solving skills and proactive mindsetCollaborative and adaptable, able to support multiple leaders Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting senior leadership (Directors/VP level)Experience in supply chain, transportation, or operations environmentsFamiliarity with financial tools, reporting systems, or ERP platforms ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITYBRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
