In this role, you help create a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office. Your experience in customer service, office administration, and coordination will allow you to make a positive impact on both client experience and internal operations.Your roleWelcome clients, visitors, and colleagues in person and by phone while providing a professional and courteous experience.Coordinate incoming communications, including calls, messages, mail, courier deliveries, and visitor arrivals, ensuring requests are handled efficiently and accurately.Manage office administration activities such as calendars, invoices, records, access cards, parking assignments, contact lists, and office documentation.Monitor office operations by maintaining supplies, coordinating vendor visits, reporting facility-related issues, and supporting workplace services.Support business activities by assisting with meeting arrangements, onboarding coordination, travel bookings, expense submissions, and various administrative requests.Collaborate with internal partners and office support teams to continuously improve processes, solve operational challenges, and contribute to office projects and initiatives.Your teamThe Corporate Services sector consists of specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to support employees, clients, and business partners while continuously improving workplace operations and service delivery.Within the Vancouver Regional Office, you are part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and operational support to internal and external stakeholders.
