Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.As the Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, creating, maintaining, and updating of necessary information and documentation. Ensures each department has the support necessary to carryout daily operations. Maintains receivable accounting processes and ensures all accounts are paid in a timely manner. Maintains cash deposits and front desk drawers for accountability and proper change. Helps with ordering, maintains ordering files, inventory, and information. Ensures that items are ordered in a timely manner for efficient operations.WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKEOrganize and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable files.Initiate collections for past due accounts.Track payments and handle bank deposits in a timely mannerSubmit monthly accounts receivable reports to General managers.Ensure that guests are welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.Provide support to General Managers, Corporate departments (Accounting, Human Resources, etc), Guest Service Manager, and Sales department.Organize and maintain vendor files and vendor contracts.Code accounts payable invoices accurately and for efficient paymentAssist with end of month inventories and spreadsheets to submit to accounting.Assist with ordering of all operational items and merchandise.Respond and coordinate donation requests in accordance with company policy.Assist with associate outings, events, and meetings.GHG24 Requirements: WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEEDEducationHigh School Diploma required.Technology/EquipmentKnowledge of Excel and basic computer skills.
