Alaska Dialysis is looking for an energetic and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their dialysis clinic in Anchorage, AK. This role involves significant interaction with clinical staff and patients, requiring tact and discretion, and operates with limited supervision, necessitating maturity and initiative.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain manuals, files, and other related material
  • Handle routine correspondence and information of a confidential nature
  • Generate, assemble, and distribute reports
  • Assist clinic management with payroll and processing of new hire paperwork
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
