What You'll Be Doing As the Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by providing high-level administrative support to a team of professionals. Responsibilities include: Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for multiple team members. Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute professional documents and correspondence. Coordinate new client onboarding, including opening files and maintaining accurate records. Perform conflict checks and assist with client intake processes. Enter time records and assist with billing and administrative reporting. Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems. Answer phones, greet clients, and provide exceptional customer service. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other office logistics. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team. Experience in a law firm or other professional services environment is a plus, but not required.
