Overview

MICA Cabinets de Services Financiers is seeking a Microsoft Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, secure, and evolve their Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments. This role is crucial for supporting the stability, performance, and standardization of technological services in line with the organization’s operational priorities and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer, secure, optimize, and evolve Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments.
  • Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of technological services.
  • Collaborate on maintenance, standardization, and migration of technological infrastructures.
  • Participate in technological evolution projects, including migrations and improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the standardization and uniformization of configurations for maintainable environments.
  • Automate recurring tasks and optimize operations using PowerShell and appropriate Microsoft tools.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, providing tailored recommendations.
  • Support team skill development and assist during complex situations.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of environments, configurations, procedures, and technical standards.
