Overview

The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College is seeking adjunct instructors to join their Mathematics department. These part-time faculty members will teach mathematics courses at various levels and are expected to provide student support and engage in professional development.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach assigned undergraduate mathematics courses, including developmental through calculus levels
  • Use course management systems and textbook-specific systems
  • Hold regular office hours for student meetings
  • Participate in at least one professional development workshop per year
  • Evaluate student coursework using best practices
  • Respond timely to university-related and student communications
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Master's Degree or 18 credit hours of graduate-level coursework in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field
  • Previous teaching experience
