Overview

Entreprises G.N.P. Inc. is seeking an organized and proactive project assistant to support their construction projects. This role involves working closely with project managers to ensure smooth operations, contributing to legal matters, and managing ISO certification processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support project managers with file opening, document tracking, meeting organization, and contract preparation
  • Manage logistics including material reservations and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Participate in legal follow-ups and ISO management
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure project progress from start to finish

Required skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or a similar role
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to unexpected situations and maintain composure
  • Team spirit and a good sense of humor
