Overview

Bloc et Pavé Décor, a growing company in Saint-Georges specializing in landscaping product distribution, is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support purchasing operations. The role involves ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the company's exceptional customer service and teamwork culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Count petty cash and make deposits
  • Validate and reconcile daily grass inventories (physical, Excel, and accounting system)
  • Prepare grass orders
  • Handle intercompany billing
  • Process certain supplier invoices
  • Order supplies, materials, and products according to stock levels
  • Physically verify inventory before purchasing
  • Ensure follow-up on orders (delays, confirmations, receptions)
  • Update purchasing data in the internal system
  • Aggregate purchases by supplier
