Overview

ADDMAN Engineering LLC is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Technician for their overnight weekend shift in Statesville, North Carolina. The technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, cleaning, and maintaining additive manufacturing machines to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Setup, operate, and perform daily and preventative maintenance on additive manufacturing machines.
  • Adhere to ISO9001 standards and internal quality compliance.
  • Use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers.
  • Manage inventory and maintain minimum order quantities for materials.
  • Perform vapor smoothing setups and operate related equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and participate in housekeeping efforts.

Required skills

  • Experience in CNC machining, additive manufacturing, or related fields (2-5 years).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Understanding of aerospace quality standards.
