Overview

Larkin Benefit Administrators is seeking an ADA Associate/Specialist to deliver exceptional ADA and leave administration services to clients and their employees. This position focuses on administering cases in compliance with federal and state laws, providing customer service, and engaging in interactive discussions regarding accommodations. The role is primarily remote but requires candidates to be within commuting distance of Phoenix for potential office visits.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer ADA cases and leaves of absence while adhering to regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with employees
  • Coordinate with Claim Specialists for timely claims adjudication
  • Maintain accurate employee leave and ADA files
  • Participate in client meetings and training programs
  • Engage in the interactive discussion process regarding accommodations
  • Draft letters to employees regarding leave entitlement and benefits
