Acumatica ERP Manager / Acumatica Solutions Expert Location: Fully Remote (Open to U.S. and International Candidates)Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $100,000-$200,000+ DOE Lead the Future of Our ERP Platform We are looking for an experienced Acumatica ERP expert to become the internal owner and strategic leader of our Acumatica environment. This is not a traditional ERP support role-you will be the driving force behind expanding and optimizing our ERP platform as the company continues to grow. Acumatica was successfully implemented approximately 18 months ago, and we're now entering the next phase of our ERP journey. You'll lead new module implementations, improve business processes, reduce reliance on outside consultants, and partner with leaders across the organization to maximize the value of our ERP investment. What You'll Do Serve as the internal subject matter expert and owner of the Acumatica ERP platform Lead implementation of the Inventory module, followed by Production and Construction/Project Management modules Drive ERP enhancements, process improvements, and system optimization across the business Design dashboards, reporting, and analytics that support business decision-making Configure, maintain, and enhance Acumatica to meet evolving business needs Partner with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and executive leadership to identify opportunities for improvement Manage system administration, security, workflows, and integrations Develop documentation, best practices, and user training materials Train and support internal users while promoting ERP adoption throughout the organization Reduce dependency on outside consultants by becoming the organization's Acumatica champion What We're Looking For Hands-on experience implementing and administering Acumatica ERP Proven success leading ERP implementations or major module deployments Strong understanding of ERP architecture, business processes, and system configuration Experience with Inventory, Manufacturing/Production, Construction, or Project Accounting modules is highly preferred Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions Experience creating dashboards, reports, and operational analytics Excellent project leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning enterprise-wide initiatives Preferred Background Acumatica implementation consultant or solutions architect Internal ERP Manager or ERP Administrator with deep Acumatica expertise Experience supporting growing organizations and scaling ERP platforms Manufacturing, construction, distribution, or industrial industry experience is a plus Why Join U ?
