Overview

The role of Acheteur & approvisionnement involves managing purchasing orders, ensuring inventory levels, and maintaining supplier relationships in a collaborative environment. This temporary position is ideal for candidates looking to quickly gain experience while working with ERP systems in a structured setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers
  • Ensure follow-up on supply and inventory levels
  • Create and validate purchase orders, then track them
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, shipping) to ensure smooth operations
  • Update data in the ERP system (products, suppliers, prices)
  • Analyze supply needs and produce various reports (purchases, inventories, etc.)
  • Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and address issues (delays, non-conformities, etc.)
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing and logistics processes

Required skills

  • Bilingualism (French and English, oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with an ERP system
  • Experience in supply chain, purchasing or logistics
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Autonomy and good analytical skills
