Mission - Process invoices and collect payments.- Monitor accounts receivable and handle collections.- Respond to inquiries from co-owners regarding their accounts.- Prepare calls for funds, special assessments, and adjustments.- Make deposits and keep accounting records up to date.- Assist with the closing of fiscal years.
