We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.I am looking for an Accounts Receivable Technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode. Mission - Manage the full accounts receivable cycle and customer collections.- Enter payments received into SAP and perform account reconciliations.- Process customer deductions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with payment terms.- Open customer accounts, conduct credit investigations, and manage credit limits and credit insurance.- Respond to requests from customers and internal teams and maintain good business relationships.- Monitor performance metrics (DSO, deductions, etc.), participate in process improvement projects and technology initiatives.
