Overview

VISIONARY COMMUNICATIONS LLC is seeking an upbeat and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team in Gillette, Wyoming. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing inquiries and collections for both residential and business accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle residential and business collections
  • Process daily check payments and manage ACH, Chargebacks, and EFTs
  • Manage and address tickets in the Payment Arrangement Queue and Pending Internal Queue
  • Act as the first point of contact for phone calls regarding billing

Required skills

  • Associate degree in a business-related field preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Documents
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience dealing with upset customers
