Job DescriptionWhat does your day to day with us look like Verify, and match POs to invoices and record accounts payable dataReconcile vendor accounts to ensure that all invoices and payments are accounted for properlyVerify and investigate discrepanciesUnderstand expense accounts and cost centersObtain complete documents from subcontractors (waivers, releases, authorizations)Understand sales tax compliance issuesCorrespond to vendors and respond to enquiresProvide supporting documentation for auditsProcess outgoing payments in compliance with company procedures and processesAny other related task as required. What do you need to ensure Excellence in your role? Work experience as an Accounts Payable clerk in Construction or similar roleSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and AP principlesStrong data entry skillsExperience with spreadsheets and accounting softwareHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailConstruction familiarity Functionally bilingual (French/English) What will you get in return?
