The following position is to join our Enterprise Services team:Enterprise Services Accounts Payable is seeking an Accounts Payable subject matter expert to act as our representative on key transformational and operational projects. This will include partnering across the Accounts Payable organization, project teams and our stakeholders to assist with driving projects to completion. The ideal candidate must have expertise working with Transcepta as we deploy the oneRTX tool (including training and onboarding of our suppliers) as well as other expertise in accounts payable processes and tools. An understanding of how the current accounts payable technology landscape supports the RTX enterprise will help the ideal candidate succeed in this role.What You Will DoSupport multiple transformation and improvement projects simultaneouslyPartner and coordinate with teams of cross functional groups on various initiatives, especially with the Transcepta adoption across RTXCollaborate with stakeholders, partners and internal customers to drive project completionCreate, implement, and manage change management plans, communications and training associated with accounts payable projectsIdentify risks and mitigation strategiesSupport/active participant in weekly project and leadership meetingsQualifications You Must Have:This position typically requires a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field and a minimum of 5 years or relevant experience or an Advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.At least 3 years experience with and knowledge of the Accounts Payable function, processes and tools gained in a large corporate setting.At least 3 years experience with and knowledge of Transcepta, SAP, Oracle and/or JDE.Qualifications We Prefer:Proven ability to drive process improvementExperience and ability to coordinate with cross functional teamsAbility to identify process and tool inefficiencies and drive improvementsMust be a self-starter who can work well within various situations (from well-defined to unstructured) and proactively identify business improvement areasAbility to interact at all levels in the organizationAbility to adapt to rapid changes and flexibility in adopting different areas of responsibilities as needed by the organizationWhat We Offer:Whether youre just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
