Overview

CDAH Management is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the daily financial operations at Orchard Ridge Senior Living. This role plays a critical part in enhancing decision-making processes and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization, which is committed to providing respectful care for older adults.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Oversee billing and collections across private pay, HUD, and Medicaid programs
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and support reporting to leadership and the Board
  • Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Record payroll entries and coordinate with payroll systems
  • Support annual budgeting and provide variance analysis
  • Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Maintain organized financial records and strong internal controls
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience with general accounting and financial reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly
  • Collaborative approach and alignment with mission-driven environment
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Yardi, Ramp, and Paylocity
