Description: Position Overview This position is accountable for reviewing daily bank activity, the completion of the monthly bank reconciliation, and have a working knowledge of the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of these transactions. The incumbent is responsible for taking the initiative in completing necessary duties and prioritizing them to ensure that the month end closing process occurs by the 10th of the month. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Management is required.Preferred 5-10 years of accounting experience.Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.Must have strong technical skills including typing, scanning, e-mail, internet, and software navigation. Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Must have the ability to receive direction from multiple people.Must be able to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
