Overview

The Accountant Level 3 position at US Tech Solutions, Inc. involves supporting the Global Mobility team by managing expatriate tax inquiries and operational processes. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with expatriate tax programs, tax equalization, and partnering with external tax firms for accurate settlements.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage expatriate tax inquiries and support Global Mobility operations
  • Administer tax equalization processes and settlements
  • Analyze compensation data and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain metrics, reports, and databases for tax services
  • Process invoices, reconciliations, and employee tax records
  • Partner with external tax service providers
  • Provide education and guidance on expatriate tax policies

Required skills

  • Experience with individual income tax returns
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Experience analyzing compensation and payroll data
