Overview

Roxtec Inc. is seeking an experienced Accountant II to join their team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this role, you will oversee a variety of accounting functions including transaction reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, and accounts receivable management to support the financial operations of the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily and monthly transactions
  • Maintain and balance general ledger trial balances
  • Manage accounts receivable balances and perform collection duties
  • Process cash receipts, credit invoices, and customer rebates
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries
  • Compile travel data for sustainability reporting
  • Participate in monthly and year-end closing processes
  • Establish effective working relationships with team members and vendors

Required skills

  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, CoPilot)
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and payroll
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or comparable work experience
  • CPA or CPA eligible preferred
