Overview

The Piedmont Triad Regional Council is seeking an Accountant to support its financial operations. The role involves managing the general ledger, assisting with account reconciliations, and preparing fiscal reports while adhering to various regulations and organizational policies. Candidates should be CPA candidates with a strong foundation in accounting practices and an aptitude for data analysis.

Key responsibilities

  • Work directly with the general ledger and perform account reconciliations.
  • Assist departments in managing financial operations.
  • Develop, review, and modify accounting procedures and systems.
  • Prepare and analyze fiscal reports.
  • Interpret and follow the Fiscal Control Act.
