Join our dynamic team at DATAMARK, Inc., where your expertise as an Accountant will make a real difference!The Accountant at Datamark's responsibilities include monthly journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, account analysis, internal controls and other duties as assigned. The accountant role may include supporting accounts receivables, accounts payables and payroll processes.The accountant will support financial close and reporting cycle per assigned duties including General Ledger accounting entries and the preparation of US and Global consolidated financial statements. Help ensure accurate and timely accounting of project expenses.Preparation of month-end and year-end Accruals, Journal Entries, Reconciliations and Schedules.The accountant will produce monthly financial reports within a specified timeline. Support the Financial Analyst and Controller in providing variance explanations and analysis of financial results.The accountant will assist with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly accounts receivable billing and collections and accounts payables as needed.Assist with managing petty cash, credit card activities, franchise taxes, property taxes and other statutory requirements.Assist with Fixed Asset Management as neededAssist with payroll and commissions processing as needed.Maintain robust accounting controls.
