Overview

The Account Operations Specialist at 4AllPromos plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and coordination between the company and its customers. The position involves supporting account managers and enhancing customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environment focused on promotional products.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to fulfill client requests and resolve issues
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering documentation and setting up accounts
  • Track client interactions and update order information within the CRM system
  • Provide backend support to Account Managers with administrative tasks and follow-ups
  • Maintain flexibility to support various team assignments

Required skills
