Overview

Impact Floors of Texas is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team in La Mirada, California. This role involves partnering with customers to ensure their long-term success by developing relationships and promoting the company's products and services in the multifamily flooring market.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and build sales with existing customers and establish new accounts
  • Prepare sales presentations tailored to customers' business needs
  • Utilize CRM systems for documenting sales activities and reporting
  • Monitor the competitive landscape regarding multi-family flooring products
  • Recommend innovative products and solutions based on evaluations
  • Resolve customer complaints by developing solutions
  • Communicate and influence decision-making at various organizational levels

Required skills
