Overview

Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking an Account Manager for Personal Lines in Bardonia, New York. This hybrid role involves managing a book of business and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional client service while building strong relationships and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage your own book of business, acting as the main contact for clients.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Producers to design benefits strategies.
  • Lead client meetings including open enrollments and benefit presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong carrier relationships.
  • Create client materials such as benefits guides and communication pieces.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
  • Mentor Assistant Account Managers to help them succeed.

Required skills

  • Four-year college degree in business or related field
  • Proficiency in AI tools and Microsoft Office
  • NYS P+C brokers license
  • Relationship management
  • Client service and benefits expertise
