Overview

The Account Manager - National Accounts at Millcraft is responsible for engaging with customers, suppliers, and prospects to generate leads and revenue. This role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying business needs, and offering tailored solutions across a variety of industries including commercial print and food and beverage.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key clients
  • Act as a professional representative of the company during customer interactions
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal resources
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts through outreach via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads and customer interactions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals using tools like D365 and Power BI
  • Oversee account inventory and manage expenses according to guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales practices
