Overview

The Account Manager II at Weichert, Realtors is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse client base across multiple states. This role focuses on client retention through annual policy reviews and the introduction of additional insurance services, while ensuring compliance with agency standards and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to improve customer loyalty
  • Address client service requests and explain coverage and procedures
  • Identify and introduce additional sales opportunities to current clients
  • Assist in completing annual policy reviews and follow-ups
  • Negotiate with Underwriters and collaborate with agency colleagues
  • Adhere to agency quality and compliance procedures
  • Participate actively in agency activities and corporate events
  • Complete assignments and correspondence in a timely manner

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Three years of relevant insurance work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of office equipment
