Overview

The Account Manager II at Weichert, Realtors is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse group of clients in the personal lines insurance sector. This role involves facilitating client retention through annual policy reviews and identifying additional lines of business to enhance revenue, all while ensuring compliance with agency guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to improve client loyalty
  • Address service requests and explain coverage and procedures
  • Introduce sales opportunities to current clients
  • Transfer leads to appropriate Account Executive
  • Assist sales/service team members as needed
  • Act as client advocate in assessing risks
  • Negotiate with Underwriters to complete transactions
  • Follow the Agency's quality and compliance procedures
  • Participate in Agency activities and training
  • Complete all assignments in a timely and error-free manner

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Minimum of three years of relevant insurance work experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use typical office equipment
