Job Description

Overview

The Account Manager (Europe) will play a crucial role in business development for aviation instrument and power solutions, focused on OEM and Defense markets. This position, based in Europe, emphasizes relationship building, lead generation, and providing exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate leads and develop relationships with identified OEMs
  • Identify and research industry trends and market opportunities
  • Create and conduct sales presentations for prospects and partners
  • Coordinate the development of product proposals and compliance matrix
  • Lead negotiation and execution of long-term contracts
  • Serve as the primary contact with OEMs and Service Centers
  • Support customer training and deployment projects
  • Become a subject matter expert on Lithium-ion batteries and avionics systems
  • Participate in industry trade shows as required
  • Travel up to 25% to meet business needs

Required skills

  • Minimum 5 years of direct aviation experience
  • Exposure to aviation electrical and avionics systems
  • Proven relationship building and customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and results-oriented
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
  • FAA A&P and/or Pilot's license (preferred)
  • Fluency in French and German (preferred)
