Overview

As an Account Manager for Commercial Lines at Marshall & Sterling, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service in the commercial insurance sector. This hybrid position requires a strong focus on risk management strategies and collaboration with team members to provide clients with the best coverage options.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage your own book of business, serving as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and Producers to design risk management strategies and prepare renewals.
  • Lead client meetings including policy reviews, renewal discussions, and coverage planning.
  • Build strong carrier relationships to secure competitive coverage options and address client service needs.
  • Review and prepare applications, policies, endorsements, and proposals for accuracy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and coverage changes to provide informed recommendations.
  • Mentor Assistant Account Managers and support their professional growth.
