Overview

Fusco Personnel Inc. is looking for a professional Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for clients and drive measurable results in utilization and savings. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing data, and demonstrating digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Drive product adoption, engagement, and ROI
  • Set client goals and coordinate with internal teams to achieve results
  • Analyze data and produce outcome reports
  • Demonstrate digital solutions and act as a product and industry ambassador
  • Capture and communicate the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of account management experience

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM/Projects (A Plus)
