Job Description

Overview

gategroup is seeking an Account Manager in Miami to enhance customer relationships and ensure operational excellence within the unit. The role involves acting as a liaison between the airline customers and the operational unit, ensuring customer expectations are met while managing inventory and service quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Agree on performance expectations with the commercial team
  • Approve specialty orders and ensure invoice accuracy
  • Conduct routine audits to maintain knowledge of customer specifications
  • Ensure compliance with operational processes and quality standards
  • Manage customer communications and address issues efficiently
  • Drive root cause analysis for performance issues and delays
  • Coordinate special events and manage inventory levels
  • Oversee documentation and ensure accuracy in billing
  • Manage customer-specific KPI reporting and feedback surveys

Required skills

  • Account management experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Sales and marketing knowledge
  • Customer service expertise
  • Strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
