Overview

Impact Floors of Texas is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Chantilly, Virginia, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the multifamily property sector. This role involves promoting company products, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and build sales with existing customers while establishing new accounts
  • Prepare sales presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Utilize CRM systems for documenting sales activities and customer interactions
  • Monitor the competitive landscape of the multifamily flooring marketplace
  • Recommend innovative products and services based on market evaluations
  • Resolve customer complaints by understanding their concerns and providing effective solutions

Required skills

  • Foundational sales knowledge and account management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Client-focused solution delivery based on customer needs
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer sales or related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of flooring experience or relevant experience
  • Experience in selling to multifamily property management companies
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
