Overview

Anderson Dahlen is seeking a highly organized Account Manager to manage strategic customer relationships within their Pharma Business Unit, particularly focusing on bioprocessing accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large pharmaceutical organizations and will be responsible for anticipating customer needs and ensuring best-in-class supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for key Pharma BU accounts
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customer organizations
  • Manage customer contracts, quotes, purchase orders, and delivery commitments
  • Track and report order status proactively
  • Partner with internal teams to align resources with customer requirements
  • Act as first line of defense in issue resolution and escalation management
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate on strategic planning

Required skills

  • 5+ years in account management, procurement, or supply chain within large pharma or bioprocessing environments
  • Experience with equipment suppliers, contract manufacturers, or directly from pharma/biotech
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement dynamics
  • Ability to manage multiple open items simultaneously
  • Comfortable with technical scope documents and specifications related to custom equipment
