Overview

Precision Record Pressing is seeking an Account Manager to join their Toronto team. This full-time role involves working with artists, independent labels, and music industry partners to manage vinyl and CD projects, emphasizing service, quality, and innovation. The ideal candidate is passionate about independent music and thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to define project specifications and schedules
  • Prepare and manage accurate quotes and orders in the ERP system
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production challenges
  • Provide high-quality customer support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop accurate pricing for custom print projects with Graphics and vendors
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
  • Attend biweekly Account Manager meetings

Required skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in vinyl manufacturing or the music industry
  • Strong network of relationships within record companies and artist management firms
  • Understanding of project-based sales and order management
  • Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Business and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive in managing customer accounts
