Overview

As an Account Executive for Home Service Plans at Infinity, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer relationships through outbound sales. This performance-driven position focuses on engaging existing account holders, identifying coverage gaps, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their home service needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage current customers
  • Identify coverage gaps and present additional products through cross-selling and upselling
  • Clearly communicate product details to ensure customer understanding
  • Execute call strategies focusing on active listening and customer-centric selling
  • Maximize conversion opportunities by aligning solutions with customer needs
  • Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively
  • Embrace coaching and feedback to improve performance
  • Consistently meet and exceed program KPIs and performance expectations
  • Support additional tasks and initiatives as needed

Required skills

  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Multitasking across multiple systems
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in call center, sales, marketing, telecommunications, or service plans
