Overview

The Account Executive for Catholic Hospice is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with various healthcare professionals to promote hospice services. This role requires a blend of marketing and sales expertise within a healthcare context, with an emphasis on education and outreach.

Key responsibilities

  • Educate referral sources about Catholic Hospice services and end-of-life care
  • Analyze business trends and construct growth plans
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase productivity and census
  • Document customer profile information and activities in CRM system
  • Visit referral sources to provide ongoing education about hospice services
  • Establish and maintain partnerships to improve team-centered goals
  • Collaborate with the Admissions team on integration of marketing strategies
  • Organize educational meetings with referral sources
  • Represent Catholic Hospice at trade shows and community functions
  • Communicate with referral sources regarding admissions and overcome barriers

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years of outreach, marketing, or sales experience
  • 3 years of clinical/healthcare experience in relevant settings
  • Knowledge of computer office/clinical software
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
