Job Description

Overview

OhioGig is seeking an Account Executive to drive new customer growth for their fiber internet services. This full-time, field sales position requires door-to-door canvassing and engaging directly with customers in the assigned territory to close new activations.

Key responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate new customer opportunities
  • Conduct customer conversations at the door and via phone/text/email follow-up
  • Educate customers on fiber benefits and confirm eligibility
  • Support MDU and SMB selling as assigned
  • Maintain clean follow-up and documentation for customer contacts in HubSpot
  • Coordinate handoff for installation/activation to reduce fallout
