Job Description

Overview

ProShop is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and contribute to the growth of its ERP/MES/QMS software designed for the metalworking and aerospace industries. This role emphasizes a disciplined approach to pipeline management and effective communication with prospects, all within a flexible, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification through close
  • Convert inbound leads from marketing and BDR-sourced opportunities
  • Perform rigorous qualification of prospects using BANT
  • Forecast deals strategically and maintain accurate pipeline data
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities
  • Lead demonstrations and presentations to communicate value
  • Negotiate and close subscription deals confidently
  • Attend industry events with a prospecting plan
  • Maintain clean CRM data and provide regular performance reports
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions

Required skills

  • 3+ years' experience as an Account Executive or relevant role
  • Experience selling SaaS products; ERP experience is a plus
  • Understanding of qualifications and negotiation techniques
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, Hubspot experience is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
