Overview

The Account Coordinator at Acast will support Account Managers in developing media strategies, liaising with podcasters, and ensuring successful campaign delivery. This remote position is ideal for someone passionate about podcasts and advertising, with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers and Directors in developing media solutions for clients
  • Liaise with podcasters on brand approvals and sponsorship reads
  • Plan materials for advertisers and process insertion orders
  • Manage and monetize podcast inventory
  • Compile post-campaign reporting and insights
  • Ensure smooth delivery of campaigns working closely with content, ad operations, and finance
  • Add campaign data to NetSuite and other CRM systems

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of podcast/media industry experience or relevant college degree
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns
  • Passion for podcasts, brand storytelling, and advertising
