Build valuable automotive installation and manufacturing experienceWhat You'll Be DoingInstall custom vehicle accessories and upgrades according to customer specificationsRemove factory-installed components and install aftermarket or customer-requested accessoriesInstall items such as graphics, splash guards, cross bars, remote starts, bumpers, and other vehicle upfitsUse hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and torque wrenchesVerify proper torque specifications and key product characteristics (KPCs)Follow written work instructions and dimensional technical specificationsPerform final inspections to ensure quality standards are metProperly identify and document non-conforming materialsReview installation schedules and complete builds according to production prioritiesFollow all company safety and quality proceduresWhat We're Looking For6 months to 1 year of accessory installation experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work independently and solve problems effectivelyExcellent hand dexterity and fine motor skillsAbility to follow detailed work instructions and specificationsStrong commitment to quality and craftsmanshipDependable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred Qualifications1-3 years of accessory installation experienceExperience installing vehicle graphics, decals, or wrapsAutomotive customization, upfitting, or aftermarket accessory experienceAssociate's degree or technical certificationGraphic installation experience Ready to turn your hands-on skills into a long-term career?
