Overview

Sitemetric is looking for an Access Control Officer I in York, South Carolina to ensure the safety and security of customer construction projects. The role involves managing worker registration and badging, parking, visitor management, and providing support in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage access control compliance for site personnel
  • Ensure badging compliance by verifying identities and maintaining accurate records
  • Manage parking passes and monitor compliance in designated areas
  • Document visitors and deliveries, creating written logs for customer reference
  • Provide support in access control, tech troubleshooting, and ad hoc responsibilities

Required skills

  • 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
  • Preferred: 1+ years of construction or industrial experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Adaptable and flexible in solving complex challenges
