Overview

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer I to ensure the safety and security of construction projects by managing personnel registration, badging compliance, and visitor documentation. This field-based role requires a reliable and detail-oriented individual who will work on-site, supporting project operations while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage access control compliance on construction sites
  • Oversee worker registration and badging processes
  • Ensure all personnel have proper badges and are scanned in
  • Manage parking logistics and document visitor entries and deliveries
  • Provide support in tech troubleshooting and general access control tasks
  • Assist with ad-hoc responsibilities as needed

Required skills

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in high-pressure environments
  • Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • 1+ years of construction or industrial experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Adaptable and able to solve complex challenges
